Reading this, the last thing I expected was that good news ending. Wow. (I’ve been on the PSA … biopsy … waiting … PSA… hamster-wheel for about five years.
Whew, Jack! I am going to start being more respectful of my aging body. A broken bone or two, mostly from falling out of trees as a kid, etc, breast cancer at 72 -- but sheesh: you live long enough, you get stuff -- and here I am happily climbing the Sicilian hillsides at going-on-92. THANK YOU for sharing your saga, and for hanging in there through such daunting times. I particularly like your conclusion with Dr. Hope. Here's to you, and Peggy, and the kids, and a long and prosperous life in remission. ❤️🩹🙏❤️🩹
Jack,
i had no idea you went through all of this.
Yes, and it's only been recently that I've had some relief with the new magic drug I'm on.
I’m so glad to hear this. All of us deserves another chance.
